Suggestions:
1) Consider hiring reception staff that's much more attentive to your patients, and much more engaged at their job.
2) When a husband makes the drive in from CT to be part of seeing the ultrasound, the response by the receptionist should not be, "wait, their are women changing, we'll call you in in 5 minutes," only to never be called in. Moreover, this is a doctor's office, I'm assuming the examination rooms have or should have doors that can close when there are patients inside.

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
