I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
