They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
