Dr. Panos was able to put the pieces of my broken ankle back together again with great skill. I was anticipating severe pain and I had very little pain instead. Hip, hip. Hooray for Dr. Panos.

I saw 2 other doctors that told me I needed surgery. Dr Panos was able to solve my knee problem without surgery I’m so glad I was told about him.

We’ve meant to write you a note for a while and the Paughkeepsie Journal article from Thursday has spurred us to action. While we suspected you had some litigation issues, the article confirmed this. We want to say that we both consider you one of the best if not the best doctor we’ve ever know. Our family has been under your care for about six years now during which you have treated myself (repaired my left ACL and the meniscus in my right knee.) Mary (broken kneecap) and Kyle (radical fracture) We have great confidence in your surgical ability and think how you interact with patients is absolutely fantastic. You are the only doctor we know that personally calls each patient the evening after surgery. You have always spoken very openly with us about our conditions and options and made us feel a part of the decision. We both ask a lot of questions because of our backgrounds and interests, and appreciate your willingness to address all of these. Our experience has been you have been cautious with surgeries, stressing patience in the rehabilitation process and you have fully informed us of the risks.

Very attentive doctor that has excellent surgical skills. Dr. Panos called me at home on his own just to see how I was. This is unheard of by doctors today. Thank you, Dr. Panos!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I am sure you have helped thousands of patients and it is unfortunate that a very small number have been dissatisfied with your care and have felt compelled to seek compensation. We sincerely hope that you are able to fight these cases so you can continue as an orthopedic surgeon. It would be a great loss if this were not possible. To this end, please be aware that you have our full support. We would be happy to write a letter or testify in person to the board of orthopedics or any court room.
