They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Actually I don't like the way they ask for your info while everyone else sitting there can hear. Also I don't like they lied to me why Panos was missing. He was missing because of excessive Malpractice & they told me family problem.

I'm a 53 yo male with Knee and hip difficulties, I've only been seen by one other Orthopedic specialist in my life for these issues that have spanned 25 years, but lost being able to been seen by that doctor due to her illness then retirement, I had thought she was the best doctor I'd ever seen bar none until Dr. Panos, his level of concern, and compassion for my pain is unmatched, I had asked him to do the replacement of my left knee after only 2-3 visits as he made me so comfortable in his ability and demeaner.
I had only once before been called at home by a physician and that was while recovering at home after surgery, Dr. Panos calls just to make sure I am free of pain while awaiting surgery, he also shows great concern regarding my call my medical issues not just the ortho side as I have an on going heart ailment that has delayed my knee surgery.
His assistant Frances, is the go to person of his team, and is always friendly, and always willing to help you with concerns and getting messages to Dr. Panos.
As for waiting in the office, I've never waited more than a few minutes from my appointment time, and was even seen without an appointment after going to pick up a script for meds after his staff noticed how much pain I was in, and advised him, his response to them? "Get Him in here!" who does that?
Dr Spyros Panos is a True Proffessional, and a Gentleman, See This Man!
