They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Their staff was friendly enough, my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. On a personal level he has ZERO personality! If you like someone to have a converstion and talk things through this is not your guy.

I have seen Dr. Gurtowski for many orthopedic problems for the past 10 years. He is excellent! I switched to him after being under the care of top specialists in NYC and all along the eastern seaboard. I would highly recommend him.
