Their staff is very friendly. They are very supportive and try to help in any way they can and refer you to other specialists if they cant. They work with a Physical Therapy Center in their buliding. They want people to feel their best.

The restrooms here are not clean. I would advise going before you leave the house. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
