Office staff is highly disrespectful, and it is a shame that practices like these still exist. Medicine should be about caring for the patient, not a constant power play between the doctor and the patient. The system gave him 3 stars, but I wouild give him 1 star. Not a good physician at all. He couldn't diagnose my condition, and wasn't willing to send the records elsewhere to get a second opinion. It ended up being a serious condition, and the delay that his office staff caused ended up in my condition worsening.
