Dr. Leppard diagnosed my condition accurately on my first visit,and accurately predicted what the future held in store for my condition.He administered a "temporary fix",which gave me relief for about 9 months, but eventually I had to resort to the operation ,which he predicted at the outset.
My wife also saw him for a fractured wrist. He treated her,and she recovered very rapidly for a woman in her mid-seventies.
Both of us liked his approach,and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is one of the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered, fully and patiently. The office was easy enough to find. My medical problem has been resolved but if I should ever need an orthopedic surgeon again, I would not hesitate to go to Dr. Leppard or to highly recommend him to others.

Dr. Leppard makes sure every single question I have is answered (you may have to indicate how much information you want and how rapidly you can absorb it). Their staff is among the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I have been very satisfied with my many visits, and have had numerous hand surgeries performed. (I am very demanding re full functionality.). The office is easy enough to find and is virtually adjacent to the NS Parkway. I will absolutely return. I have had numerous experiences --- some challenging --- all treated professionally and with the highest team competence.
