Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

They were average

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

Dr Fecko and this office are very professional and reliable. I felt confident in their abilities and appreciated their consideration and time spent with my child and me. This doctor never made me feel like he was in a rush to get us out of the office and was thorough in his examinations. He took all of my questions and concerns seriously and responded intelligently and in a way that I could understand. I would recommend Dr Fecko and this office without reservations. We also saw a few of the other doctors in the practice and they and the nursing staff are all very good. I felt like my child was in very competent and caring hands.

They always remember my child's name and the nurses will stop in and see her, even if she isn't being seen by the doctor they are working with, just to say 'hello'. I've seen nearly every doctor in the practice and they are all wonderful. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

They had some, but nothing my kids were interested in
