Do not think because there are many doctors in this office it is a good thing. We very rarely saw the same doctor and we had two doctors tell us to do different things. Specifically, one doctor said to put him in the sun, the other told me to give him Vitamin D drops for jaundice. I felt like bc we didn't see the same doctor, they never got to know my son.

Do not let them prescribe you medicine without seeing your child. They prescribed medicine two separate times even when I asked them to see my son. I didn't even get to talk to the doctor, I spoke with the nurse both times.

Then the icing on the cake.........


My 3m old baby started with a mild cough on a Saturday. I called the doctor's office and they said to keep an eye on it and look for symptoms like trouble breathing, fever, fussiness and refusing eating. On Tuesday morning I called bc he wasn't eating normally and had a mild fever. They said to bring him in at 11:30ish. I came in earlier like 11:20, but by the time they say my son it was 11:45ish. The doctor came in and I told him what was going on. He didn't say much other than he had an ear infection and that the nurse was going to give him a treatment. Turns out the nurse came in and told me I was giving him a nebulizer treatment. I asked why and she just said thats what the doctor ordered. The nurse showed me what to do then said it should be done in about 10 minutes. There was no clock and I couldn't check my phone bc I was holding a mask on my screaming baby. After a while the vapors stopped so I figured the treatment was done. I said "Hello?" no one answer. I kept increasing my voice. Finally I took my son with me into the nurse's station. No one was there. I yelled "HELLO". Still no one. At this point, I was very upset. I got my baby all bundled up and back in his car seat then headed back out to the nurse's station. I screamed, "HELLO, IS ANYONE HERE?". Right as I made the turn to the door, the doctor came out and asked what was going on. I was furious. I told him we had been waiting for someone over 20 minutes. He was trying to apologize, but I let him know that if my son is sick and getting a treatment that someone should be there for us. I called the hospital where my son was born and found a new doctor. She took us in that day and we have had excellent care.

Both of my children have been with Dr.Jain since they were born. I wouldn't dream of switching doctors. No matter the problem, how short the notice or even just a well child visit, the staff is efficient, polite and schedules us an appt right away. Dr.Jain always listens to my concerns or questions and addresses them appropriately.
