They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
