Did the pediatrician ever make you feel uncomfortable or stupid for asking for additional details?
Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
Are you going to visit this provider again?
Without a doubt!

The entire staff at Dr. Kirsch's office is wonderful. Everyone is always attentive and understanding. As a new parent, I was always afraid of asking "stupid" questions, but they never made me feel stupid, they were always caring and listened to my concerns and questions. I would never switch offices!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
