They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I couldn't believe how rude and demeaning they were. They constantly told me that I wasn't fit to be a parent. I left there almost in tears. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
