They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The reception staff could be a bit more friendlier

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
