The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. After I asked for some additional details, they made me feel very uncomfortable and stupid for asking. I was surprised that they would be that harsh. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places.

This doctor has been treating patients too long. He has developed a god complex where he is never wrong. I have have had to have specialists tell him he is wrong before he backs down. He has misdiagnosed my child a number of times. It's only a matter of time before he makes a huge mistake.
