I am very disappointed with this pediatric office. I feel that they do not look out for what is in the children's best interest. In addition, the staff, including the female doctor, came across as very rude.

Definitely! They are happy to answer every first-time mother's question, no matter how basic
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away
