When my son was little I absolutely loved it here. Dr. Pyrgotzki (spelling?) is the absolutely best and the most friendly! The nurses are usually kind and helpful. My main complaint is it is very rare for your child to see the same Dr so you don't really get that level of personalization. If your child goes in for a sick visit and they want to see him/her again in a few days they will just about always see a different doctor that doesn't know how they felt or sounded when they originally came in for the visit. Also they seem to over test and over react at times. Although I suppose at times it is better to be safe than sorry, it also seems that they do whatever they can within reason for more money.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
