The waiting room had TV's, toys and magazines. It was pretty well-stocked and my child did not get bored. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. When we walked into the examining room, I was so happy to see that they had taken the time to make the examining rooms bright and child-friendly.
