Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

No, they didn't get upset

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

I was treated in a very indifferent and aloof way. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I did not feel safe at all in their care. she was rough with the child. I think she is too old to continue practicing. she forgets whst you ask her. she lloks like an early Alzheimer patient about to lose her temper. she gives minimal amount of information, the rest you have to pull out. she spend MINIMAL amount of time with the child, after you have waited for hours in a tiny, crammed apartment she converted into office. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment she never, not a single time, called my daughter by name. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying.
the worst experience was when, after we spent half an hour getting to her office, for vaccination, she told me they didnt have the vaccines (even thouhgh we ahd made that appointment JUST for those shots). she told us to clal back in 2 weeks. We did. they told us to come in. when we came in. they told us they still didnt have the vaccines. i reminded them that they told me just th eday before that they did have them. they said yes, but not for your daughters because of her insurance, and she told me i have to pay her $110 for that vaccince. ENOUGH.

Not at all. They were happy to give me as much information as I wanted
