I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Not at all. If the pediatrician is unavailable, my child will not be seen

Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
