OMG I lost 73 lbs I can finally go to the beach and not be covered this office is the best my weight loss has been so easy I thought nothing could help me before I went to see Dr Artuso He saved my life. Brenda lee, Joann, Patti, and Hilary were so professional and kind. I truly hope that everyone reading this review and needs weight loss surgery visits this doctor

Dr Artuso office and staff including Brenda is very kind and polite they helped me so much with my weight loss I couldn't ask for a better doctor. ps only idiots think that doctors don't bill for services how do u think they get paid #ihatestupidpeople

I agree that Brenda does not have a clue about billing. I have never been billed for a adjustment and now suddenly, there is a bill! I asked as I always do at the point of service if there is a fee and each and every time I was told not to worry about it. Every time I tried to say anything, they just cut me off or dismissed my opinions.

Brenda Lee the office manager is the most dispicable person I have ever met. She will tell you that your past due when she doesn't even put payments you make on your account. Sad to say I can not longer deal with the staff he chooses as Brenda hasn't a clue of how to do her job. If you don't want issues with billing or Brenda telling lies about you to other doctors which is actually against the law, I suggest you find another surgeon as this one has an uneducated classless staff working in his office. Use google and you will find a better doctor on the first try!
