I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I've been to some surgeons that seem like all you are is a hindrance to their schedule, but not this one. They were so kind and patient, and made sure I had all the information I needed before I left. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.

Never, they can't even remember throughout my appointment

Somewhat, they should have been more polite
