I've gone to this practice for several years and find them exceptional. The attention to detail, the cleanliness of the waiting room/dressing room is perfect. But the reason you go is for the medical expertise. I have been extremely satisfied in the comprehensive exams, the detailed explanation (including pointing it out on my images), the ensuring my understanding and the attention to getting me back quickly for follow-up. The expertise and confidence in knowledge is great. The only complaint is that they do not take insurance and are very expensive.

Dr. Drossman is by far the most professional doctor I have visited in a long time. She also has fantastic bedside manners. Went for a biopsy last week. She explained every step of the way in a most kind and detailed manner. She was extremely gentle and tried her hardest not to cause any pain. I got my results in less than 24 hours. I would recommend Dr. Drossman to any friend or family member!

I didn't appreciate that they didn't explain my treatment's risks or benefits at all. I didn't feel informed or confident going into treatment. This doctor has poor judgment and no bedside manner. She rushed me into a biopsy without adequate explanation, a procedure that, after getting a second opinion, I believe was not necessary. She was not able to properly place the biopsy needle, resulting in a lengthy procedure and far too much radiation for the imaging needed during the biopsy.
