They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were friendly and made me feel at home. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
