They were average

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
