I had a Rhinoplasty surgery at this practice 3 yrs ago. I had experienced a bump on my nose that I was seen for 2 months post op from surgery and told that if it did not go away by the 2 yr mark, it would be best to be seen again. I moved away to NJ and recently called up to schedule a follow up appointment being that I would be in town for a weekend. This is now 3 yrs later, still experiencing the same issue. I spoke to Laura, who is very rude and not willing to help at all. She wanted to schedule me in an 11:15am appointment time on a Monday morning that would not work for me. We had a lot of back and forth conversation exchanged that ended in my asking 3 times for Dr. Davenport to call me directly. I have to say I was upset because of the way Laura spoke to me like I was insignificant and that my problems were just the same. I received a follow up phone call from a woman named Gale Edwards. She advised me that the doctor was refusing to see me because of the way that I was speaking to Laura. This totally threw me for a loop because I was not rude to Laura at all. I was told that Dr. Davenport was told that I demanded to be "seen and operated on at 8:15am that Monday morning" which to me is totally comical because no one in their right mind would demand that. I went back and forth with Gale, asking her questions like "why is this how you treat your patients" and her saying "we don't treat our patients badly." A total contradiction. I then asked her if the phone calls had been recorded with Laura, she replied with "I believe they are" and I asked her to please listen to them and get my side of the story. Gale was not answering the questions I was asking her and just replying that she would rely the information to Dr. Davenport, which probably wont happen. All and all don't spend your money with this practice. They are unprofessional and they do not care about you. Period. Especially Dr. Davenport. They treat they patients like garbage but have no problem taking your money to operate on you. Don't waste your time! You've been warned!

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!
