I have had upper respiratory problems for more than 10 years. After going from doctor to doctor without result, I found Dr. Michael Burnett who accurately diagnosed my problem as acid reflux not the allergy or sinus problems previously diagnosed. Quite simply, his diagnosis changed my life as I am now problem free. I highly recommend him.It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I was overjoyed to see that their office equipment was so advanced and up to date. It really put my mind at ease knowing that everything was up to safety standards. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are friendly and nice.
