Dr. Loft's obvious intelligence and skill inspires confidence in his diagnosis and treatment. His personality makes examinations and procedures much less uncomfortable and anxiety producing. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Loft is a great doctor. He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. When I decided to have sinus surgery everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. My surgery was a total success and I'm breathing much better and my headaches and infections are gone! They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. Dr. Loft and his staff are extremely reliable and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great ENT doctor.

Dr Loft is amazing. He fixed my aliment and I would recommend him anytime. However his assistant/scheduler was horrible. She was rude and extremely confrontational. As good as doctor loft is, I couldnt deal with this lady.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
