Dr. Dogra was the kindest, most understanding, helpful Dr. I ever had for my pain management. It was a sad day when he had to close his office & joined Drs. without Borders.

Outstanding Doctor. Best one we've seen over the last 25 years. He is compassionate, caring and professional. He did NOT say he could make us pain-free, but rather that he could help to REDUCE our pain. That is something all pain docs should tell their patients, but most of them don't. He is busy because he spends enough time with each patient. His office staff has improved greatly. God help us if he ever retires.

He now requires co-payment at time of service (I think), but I don't work there, so don't quote me on it.

The downside to this clinic is the office staff, one, they never answer the phone, two, if you get lucky and they do answer they are horribly rude, three, they treat you poorly when you go in for an office visit, four, their answering machine message in very, very, unprofessional, five, I've seen them turn patients away for owing a balance and said "if you want your narcotics you will come up with the money". The doctor needs to invest in a professional staff and some type of seminar on etiquette.

Dr. Droga is the best, he cares about his patients and works hard to control their pain and also cure it. It is a pleasure going to a doctor that really cares about giving his patients a better quality of life and spends as much time with them as they need. If you have severe or ironic pain he is the doctor to see.
