Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.
