They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Their staff was friendly enough. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time.
