I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. I couldn't believe how great the doctor was. He was able to answer all my questions and explained things so well. His treatment of my thyroid condition has made me feel better than I have in years. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else.

Dr. Flechas takes time to listen to your needs and is kind. I have had problems with his staff not relaying messages nor getting back to me about a question.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Can;t go wrong here.
