Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

No. I wasn't listened to at all!

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. The cologne they wore was absolutely terrible and almost unbearable. They should have considered their clients before putting it on. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.
