The wait time was substantially shorter than normal. Dr. Fried was excellent as usual. He listens and responds genuinely to any issue that I have. He is a role model for young doctors because he relies on his clinical abilities in lieu of ordering expensive tests that are not needed. I am very sad he is retiring but he definitely deserves it.

My experience with Dr. Fried is always great.I have one suggestion- when you have a physical it would help if your blood test results so that you can go over that with the doctor at the time of the physical. Your results are on the portal but then if you have a question you normally talk to the CNA and I would rather talk to my doctor. You guys use to do this and then you stopped and my mother I law's doctor does that. She will have her blood work drawn on Monday and then her appointment like on the following Thursday so he can discuss with her at the appointment.

The staff at Oak Ridge Eagle Physicians are very friendly and thorough. I love Dr. Robert Fried. He has been my doctor since I moved here 15 years ago and I have no complaints. He has always, including today, explained things to me in detail as I request. I will miss him as he retires. He was also very loving and compassionate and patient with my elderly mother who passed away almost two years ago. Thank you everyone at Eagle Physicians in Oak Ridge.

Dr. Fried is very knowledgeable and well versed in all medical matters related to my health issues. He is very professional, personable,courteous and understanding. He has a great bedside manner. He allows time to answer any health questions & explains the reason for any change in medication and/or treatment plans. I am most pleased with his manner of treatment. I am sorry to see him leave the practice in Oak Ridge, but I do understand his reasons for doing so. He will surely be missed.

Dr. Bo was always his same personable self! I can not begin to say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bo!!!! I have been seeing him for at least 12 years (Or more!!!) and he has always given me ALL of his attention and taken up all the time in the world with me, as though I was his last patient for the day. He always greets me with that 'wonderful' smile and ask how I am doing. On my last visit, it was as though it was my first visit....he is ALWAYS the same wonderful, caring and patient Doctor he has always been during my 12 or more years being his patient. He has helped me with my illnesses more than any other Doctor I have been to. When he thought he could not do anything more or treated me the best he could, he would always refer to me another Doctor or Specialist that always got down to exactly what was wrong. Dr. Bo has been treating me all of these years for my 'severe' back pain. He has me on some strong med's, but I will say, they have definitely given me a "quality of life" that I would not have had, had he not prescribed these medications for me and that I agreed on doing this treatment to have 'quality of life' for myself. Even with the Med's, I still suffer with pain, but it makes it bearable so that I can get through my days without all of the "excruciating pain" I would otherwise be in. Dr. Bo is simply the BEST Doctor I have ever had. He has treated me for all kinds of illnesses during the past and has always done a wonderful job. He always prescribed the correct medicines on the first visit, but if by chance, I wasn't getting any better, he would always see me again and get to the bottom of what was going on. BUT, a majority of the times I saw him, he would usually get the diagnosis correct and know the exact medicine(s) to treat me with. I am going to miss him deeply! When I received the letter in the mail that gave me the deeply sad news that he was retiring, it made me cry! I am going to miss him so much, as he is not only my Doctor, but I consider him a WONDERFUL Friend to me. I wish him well in all of his endeavors!! I am not sure what my plans are in the future, but I would also like to say that ALL of Dr. Bo's staff have been simply the best. I can not begin to say enough good things about them either! Janet, Lisa, Sandra, Heather (when she was still there!), and Clara have always been simply wonderful to me!!! If I left anyone out, I do apologize! AND also all of the nurses and lab tech's that have treated me during the years.....they have always done a super job and treated me with nothing, but kindness and many patience!!! Dr. Bo simply began a wonderful staff there at Eagle in Oak Ridge and it's just not going to be the same without him. Good luck to ALL of you and maybe I will see you in the future! Like I said, I still am not sure what my plans are in the future, but I will be sure to let the staff know. Thank you ALL again for being sooooooo special to me. Sincerely, Vicki Carver

Friendly and helpful Staff. Dr. Fried diagnosed my problems and recommended a Therapist to work on the problem with my right shoulder and scheduled a return visit to remove the Sebaceous cyst. Dr. Fried is always very professional and utilizes his fast knowledge when making recommendations for my care.

Dr. Fried is always a good Listener! He always takes time to explain everything like new Medications and possibleside effects ect. His knowhow and experience are very valuable to me. I'm sad that he is leaving this practice soon. It will be hard to find a new Physician with his outstandingQualities.
