They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The staff made it completely obvious that they didn't respect William Bell, MD. It made me uncomfortable and I wasn't sure if I wanted to return. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. One thing that's been so annoying about William Bell, MD, is that they always end up postponing my appointments. I'm usually not even notified that they're going to postpone it until less than an hour before my scheduled appointment. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
