I have been a patient of Dr. Doyle's for approximately 15 years and have been very pleased with her and her office staff. However, I have had a problem with some lab work. I had routine lab work done last July and now the hospital is billing me for $856. I have tried repeatedly to talk with the Accounts Manager (Pat) with Dr. Doyle's office. I have left messages to set up a meeting to discuss this, but I have yet to receive a return call. I have been with Dr. Doyle ever since she came to Wilson and when she moved her office, I moved along with her. I am very disappointed that this has not been resolved. Dr. Doyle may have comfortable chairs, and clean restrooms but parking will not be a concern for me. I will no longer be needing Dr. Doyle's services.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.
