I've been a patient of Dr. Doyle's for many years and have been pleased with her as a doctor. However, when I call the office to make an appointment, I expect to speak with someone. I always get the voice mail and my phone calls only get returned about a third of the time. I am tired of leaving messages and not having my phone call returned. It is easier to get an appointment if I drive over there to make it, but I live 20 miles outside of town. I have also resently had a problem with not receiving test results back that were ordered. I am seriously thinking about leaving the practice, not because of Dr. Doyle, but because of her front office staff and the nursing staff.
