I work on Labor and Delivery and have experience with each of the delivering providers. I absolutely would recommend Dr Schutzer. He is kind and compassionate and answered all of my and my husband's questions. His patients LOVE him since he treats them all with respect.

I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and 've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
