They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business.
