Arlene is a great doctor. However, the lady at the front desk is a complete idiot. She is rude, never wants to help, and give patients a hard time. She has hung the phone up on me twice on two different occasions because she did not want to pull records for my family. They need a different person in the front area. This is a pediatrics office, she is the front desk lady not an officer at a jail. The rest of the staff is friendly, she is the one who is giving this place a bad name.

I am a medical professional and have taken my two children to Dr. Massaro since 2001. I feel she is a very strong clinician and a very good diagnostician. She is confident with her clinical decision making and always presents me with a plan of care that is 99% right on the money when dealing with an illness. She is thorough and extremely professional. She is never "on the fence" about a direction of care that she feels is best...and I feel really confident and comfortable with her care of my children. Even though she is the only Dr. in the practice, I have never had an issue with getting an appt. fairly quickly!!

I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
