I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. Dr. Pang was our Pediatrician in Illinois many years ago. He was and is the best their is.
