My main problem is with billing. Twice, they billed me for wellness visits for my daughter when she was actually sick. The first time I had to pay $130 out of pocket. Now they are billing me for another one of those. I have refused to pay the additional $115. It is their billing problem. If it is billed correctly the insurance will pay all of it, except our $15 copay or if they scheduled a visit out of sinc it is their problem. I am not going to pay for their mistakes. Other than that, they have a very professional staff of Dr's and nurses.

I was a little surprised when I saw the quality of their equipment. It was fairly current, but it's time for an upgrade. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. When my child was born they told me this place was a place where you can take your child anytime shes sick, I was told wrong they told me that they could not see my daughter and to try again later.
