My husband and I are very pleased with the staff of Faith Pediatrics, it's location and our overall experience. We've been clients for 91/2 years. We are blessed, in that our child, rarely has to go beyond regular well path visits. Nevertheless, even after 12 months, we're remembered as though we're there weekly. Our child had a traumatic experience at a different medical location, so when it's times for needles, tension sets in. At faith pediatrics, the nurse has served us for 9 1/2 years. She is not only quick, but knows how to care for the children and make them comfortable. We absolutely use know one but them. We've encouraged many people to get their children served at this location. When we first started coming, they only had 2 doctors and during flu season, the length of waiting time was horrific. Now, that is not the case. The longest we've waited is about 7 minutes, but the serving time was well worth the wait. I thoroughly enjoy the office staff. Greeted with a warm welcome and even when calling in, we are served professionally. The decorum is kid-friendly and environment is clean.I don't know when Dr. Covington will retire, but we hope that our children will have completed all their pediatric needs. We have a child who desires to be a pediatrician. Dr. Covington often encourages and inquire about her studies and overall academic performance. She enjoys going to keep him informed and ask questions. Thank you for what you do.

In my own words: I have used this office for all of my children for about 7 years now. I love them. I truly do and I am grateful to them. They all take pride in their work...it isn't just about making that extra buck. Each person has taken the time to hear my concerns and addresses each one. Even the office staff. I honestly could not ask for more for my children.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how well-decorated and child-friendly their examining rooms were. It was obvious that they really cared about making children as comfortable as possible.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. In addition, the office staff does not return calls and passes the blame to others.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
