Not only were they unwilling to seek any sort of advice from anyone else when they didn't have an answer for me, they highly discouraged me from seeking anyone else's opinion. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The office was easy enough to find. When I asked for some additional details, they ridiculed me and said my question was stupid. I couldn't believe how rude they were.
