Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible..
