The receptionist was chewing gum. I filled out one form and waited for 45 minutes and then was asked to fill out more forms. I told the receptionist that my MD had requested that I tell Dr Armstrong's office to call and have them fax lab reports. The receptionist as much as said that was not her duty. After more waiting, I was seen by the doctor who asked where the lab results were. I repeated that they would be faxed when Dr. Armstrong's office called to request. When they arrived, the pertinent information was missing. There were no lids for urine specimen jars. The waiting area was too warm, the exam room was cold. The Doctor's office was comfortable.
