Dr. Ferguson is a very good doctor and his staff is very friendly and helpful. He performed surgery on my sinuses and took very good care of me. I highly recommend this doctor!

I was very disappointed at how unresponsive they were.they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day, then they announced that we had to be resch.This was the second time they had done this to me. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff person both times were not nice when we told them it took time away from our jobs and money out of our pay.
