Upon arrival at the office I was greeted in a friendly manner by the office staff . While filling out paperwork I could hear the doc complaining about how many patients he had left because he had to be downtown . Dr.Raslan saw me and said my dx was wrong and I needed a shoulder scope and MRI .(by the way I just had surgery 2 mos ago on that shoulder . He did not review the surgical notes I handed him nor the dx list of the spine issues . Anyway he handed me the MRI order and said he had to go . Never addressed the pain issue even though he's a pain management doc . Guy is a moron . Don't go.

I was satisfied with the doctor. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. You can call the office and are told they will get back to you but they don't. Sometimes you call for a appointment and are told "the doctor won't see you for that" and they refuse to make the appointment. The biggest problem is the staff. The doctor is so insulated. They act like you are bothering them when you call and its a roll of dice if you will be called back.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all and they determine when/if you get to see doctor. Call for appt when you have a problem and are told "Dr doesn't see people for that" . When you call the staff acts like you are bothering them.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there, they didn't make any extra effort. When you call for an appt the staff tells you "he wont see you for that" and refuse to make appt. Why? the Dr is being paid for my visit.
