My son has seen Dr Palmer on two separate occasions, for treatment of a hemangioma and warts. Both times, he has been very helpful, informative and addressed and resolved the issue promptly.

Would never recommend this doctor. Office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE and wait times are outrageous (even for an 8:15am appointment). After waiting 45 minutes I asked how much longer it would be, and the secretary basically said she didn't know. When I asked how they were so far behind at 8:15 in the morning, she got very rude with me and NEVER ONCE took time to explain why they were behind or say she was sorry. Other office staff just sat and looked at me when I was trying to figure out if I could stay and wait or needed to reschedule. NO ONE on staff seemed to care about patients schedules.
